Do I have to return all products in my order?

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return certain product(s)

There is a missing book in the received shipment!

Kindly send us a scanned copy of the invoice received by child education along with the titles of the missing books to sales@childeducation-co.com and it will be sent to the concerned department promptly

What if I receive a book different than the one I ordered?

You may return any book that is not the same one you’ve ordered, as long as the book is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping cost and delivery times depend on the weight of the books, the destination of the book, and the shipping method that you select upon your purchase. The shipping cost information appears before the completion of the ordering process.

Are there any extra costs on delivery?

All details of shipping and billing will be available to you before completing the purchase in the checkout page.

Can I come to your office and pick some of the available books?
